Burrata Recipe

The ingredients needed for one person

Ciabatta Bread 1 count

Di Stefano Cheese Burrata 3 oz

Smoked Salmon 70 g

Tomatoes 45 g

Arugula 40 g

Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tbsp

Truffle Cream 2 oz

Salt & Pepper

Recipe

The Ciabatta loaf in half and separate the lower and upper parts. Put on a toaster at 350 degrees (you may also warm it in a hot skillet over the flame) for 1 minute.

Serve your Ciabatta by sprinkling it with Olive Oil.

Apply the cream of Truffle over both sides of each.

Put the tomatoes and arugula in a bowl.

Place the salmon in the dish that has been smoked.

Set the Burrata and then cut it open from the middle.

Sprinkle Burrata with Olive Oil. Burrata uses Olive Oil

Mix salt & Pepper to taste.

Put the top part of the Ciabatta in the middle and then close the panini.

Cut in Half and ENJOY!
