120g Devondale Unsalted Butter, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp honey
1/4 cup caster Sugar
Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan forced. Line a 12-hole, 34-cup capacity muffin pan using paper cases.
Place cornflakes into a large, heat-resistant bowl.
Butter, honey, and sugar are in a small pan over low heat. Stir until the butter melts and the mixture is smooth. Add to cornflakes. Mix well. Mix well.
